A senior coroner who was head of West London Coroner’s service has been suspended following a number of complaints from families.
Coroner Chinyere Inyama was suspended after people reported waiting months and even years for their loved ones’ death certificates.
Mr Inyama’s staff also complained of bullying and harassment.

He was appointed deputy coroner at Walthamstow Coroner’s Court in November 2012 to investigate sudden and unexplained deaths, before leaving to work for West London’s Coroner’s service.
After being criticised for leaving documents relating to the Alice Gross case on a train, he transferred the inquest to another Coroner.
Mr Inyama's suspension will commence on Friday 28th October 2016.
