A 19-YEAR-OLD who was killed in a stabbing has been described as “immensely kind” by his peers.

Ziggy Owusu has been named locally as the victim of the stabbing in Goodmayes in the early hours of yesterday morning (October 27).

Police were called to Goodmayes Road at 12.40am where they found Mr Owusu suffering from stab wounds.

Despite the efforts of police officers and ambulance staff, he died in hospital at 1.45am.

The head teacher of Royal Alexandra & Albert School in Surrey has confirmed the teenager was a former student at the school.

He said: “We were shocked to hear of Ziggy’s death.

“He will be remembered as an immensely kind and understanding boy who was loved by his peers because he was equally bold and caring.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.”
