RUSH HOUR commuters were delayed on their way home from work yesterday after a car crash at a notorious junction.
Police were called to Hermon Hill at the junction with Wanstead High Street and New Wanstead just after 5pm yesterday (Thursday, November 24) to reports of a car crash.

When they arrived, they found two cars that had been involved in a smash.
The Hermon Hill junction with Wanstead High Street and New Wanstead is a notorious spot for crashes, with busy traffic coming from all four directions.
Frustrated commuters and buses were diverted until the crash was cleared an hour later.
There were no injuries or offences committed.
