A THIRD man has been charged with the same murder.

Codie Goodensimms, 24, of Fairthorn Road, Charlton, was charged with the murder of Tobi Animashaun on Tuesday (November 29).

He will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court today (November 30).

Tobi died following an stabbing on Sunday, September 11, in Anchor and Hope Lane, Charlton.

He becomes the third man to be charged with Tobi's murder after Jeremiah Lloyd Johnson, 23, of Walnut Road, Leyton.

Antoin Gray, 22, of Troughton Road, Charlton, was also charged with his murder.

They have both been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey for a plea and case management hearing on Wednesday, December 7.

A trial date has been set for March 13, 2017.
