One man was left with a fractured skull and another with a broken leg after they were head-butted, punched and kicked in an assault.
Essex Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after the incident, which happened in the High Road, Loughton, at about 1.20am on Sunday, November 27.
Two men, both in their 20s, were assaulted near The Kebabery takeaway restaurant by a man.
The man ran away after the incident, leaving the victims with their injuries.
He is described as white and in his 30s, with short hair.
Police said he was wearing a blue top, cream coloured trousers and a dark jacket.
