ASPIRING chefs got the chance to learn from one of the best in the business at a cooking class with chef Alyn Williams.
The students at Waltham Forest College in Forest Road, Walthamstow, cooked a three course meal under the guidance of Mr Williams, a former student of the college.
Mr Williams, who owns the restaurant Alyn Williams at the Westbury in Mayfair, said: “Talent in cooking is changing rapidly.
“Today, you can get delicious food at a local casual restaurant so the competition is high.
“The challenge is when people don’t believe in you but I overcame them all by self-belief and passion in my career”.
