Travel
An earlier accident on the M11 southbound has now moved to the hard shoulder but traffic remains between J5 A1168 (Loughton) and J4 A406 (Woodford). All lanes have been re-opened.
Traffic is queueing on the A406 North Circular Road southbound from the M11 to A12 (Redbridge Roundabout).
There is queueing traffic on the A406 North Circular Road westbound from A10 (Palmers Green) to A109 Bounds Green Road (New Southgate).
