A person armed with a taser took part in a mass brawl at a McDonald’s restaurant.
Police were called to Staple Tye shopping centre in Harlow at around 9.50pm on New Year’s Day after a fight between nine men broke out outside the fast food joint.
It is understood one of the men involved in the scuffle was armed with a taser.
He is described as white, of medium build, with brown hair that is short on the sides and longer on top.
He was wearing a black long-sleeved t-shirt and black jeans with a white belt.
