A NAKED man was seen smashing a row of cars with a metal pole.
The incident happened in Sansom Road, off Leytonstone High Road, just before 11pm on Friday, February 10.
A 49-year-old man armed with a scissors and a metal pole was tasered by police after refusing to put down the weapons.
After the incident, a man was sectioned under section 136 of the Mental Health Act and taken to hospital.
He has since been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
