Man charged with spitting at PCSO at West Ham station
A MAN accused of spitting at a police community support officer at West Ham station has been charged.
Samir Benmouna, of Drayton Park, Islington, was charged on Tuesday, February 14, with assaulting an officer, criminal damage and a public order offence.
The 32-year-old is alleged to have committed the offences on Monday, February 13, and has been bailed to appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March, 20.
