How much? Seller wants five-figure sum for Chingford lock-up garage
A LOCK-UP garage has gone up for sale for a breath-taking five-figure sum.
The modest garage, located in an undisclosed road in north Chingford, is listed on eBay with a £25,000 asking price.
Described as “used” and “pick-up only”, the seller says it is “ideal for car or for storage use” in a location “less than 10 minutes” from Chingford station.
It appears the garage is one of many in a row, which the seller claims is a “very private and secure location”.
Those willing to break the bank have 23 days before the auction closes, with bidders encouraged to ‘make an offer’ below the asking price.
