A YOUNG man has suffered “life-changing injuries” after being chased by a gang and knifed multiple times.
The man, in his 20s, was found with stab wounds by police and medics at around 4.30pm yesterday (February 20) in Green Lanes, Hackney.
He was taken to an east London hospital where he remains with life-changing injuries.
A Met spokesman said: “At this early stage detectives believe that the victim was chased by a number of individuals before being stabbed.
“They made off from the scene shortly afterwards.”
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward while detectives from Hackney CID investigate.
No arrests have been made and enquires continue.
