Fire crews closed off a main road in Walthamstow after a blaze broke out at a sweet shop.
Emergency services were called to Ambala, in Hoe Street, at around 1pm yesterday afternoon (Saturday, March 11), to reports of a fire at the store.
The shop and a residential property upstairs were affected by the blaze, which is believed to have begun in an electrical cabinet.

Police cordoned off the street at the junction with Lea Bridge Road while firefighters from Walthamstow and Leyton stations dealt with the incident.
The fire had been extinguished by 1.30pm. No one is believed to have been injured.
