His Royal Highness arrived at at Barn Hoppitt car park, in Chingford, on Wednesday morning.
He toured the forest to visit the Wood Pasture Restoration Project, an initiative aiming to create a global network of forests.
During his visit, he met children from Aldersbrook Primary School, in Aldersbrook, and Walker Primary School, in Enfield and got up close and personal with a cow.
