A SECOND appeal is being made to find a vulnerable 79-year-old man.
Police in Waltham Forest are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Neville McCarthy, known as Joe Black, who was last seen on Monday, March 6.
He was last seen in person by his care worker at his home address in Janson Road, Stratford.
'Joe' may appear confused and is described as a black man with cropped black hair.
It is not known what he was wearing when he went missing but he may be wearing a navy blue baseball cap.
Using his Freedom Pass he travels across east London on the bus network, but he has no money or access to a mobile phone.
Officers are particularly concerned for his wellbeing due to his age.
