AN APPEAL has been launched to trace a man who threatened a mother and her children at a bus stop.
The incident happened in Ballards Lane in Dagenham just after midday on November 11 2016.
The woman, 38, was waiting for the Route 145 bus when a man got off a nearby bus and stood next to her smoking a herbal cigarette.
When she challenged him he became abusive and threatened her and her children.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the offence.
The suspect is described as black, aged in his mid-30s. He was wearing a distinctive black leather jacket with red writing on the back, with the words ‘Sean John’ over the shoulder. He also wore jeans.
