A SECOND teenager has been charged with the murder of Damien McLaughlin.
Omar Warner, 18, of Marsh Lane, Edmonton, is also accused of possession of an offensive weapon.
He will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today.
A 17-year-old boy, from Tottenham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded to appear at the Old Bailey yesterday to face murder charges.
He was also charged with possession of an offensive weapon and cannabis.
Damien McLaughlin, 42, of Cheshunt, was killed in Exeter Road, Enfield, at around 1.30pm on Saturday (April 22).
An investigation remains ongoing, led by Detective Chief Inspector Larry Smith of the Homicide and Major Crime Command.
