POLICE are desperate to find an elderly man with dementia and diabetes who has been missing since last month.
Leon Sverdloff, 77, of Newbury Park, was last seen at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead on May 31, but has not been in contact with any of his friends since April.
Officers are extremely concerned for his welfare as he suffers from various conditions, including bone disease and gangrene.
Mr Sverdloff is white, 5ft 10, of medium build, with silvery-white balding hair. He has burn scars on his legs and may have infected feet.
He usually wears a collared shirt and jeans, sometimes with a leather jacket, and he usually carries an umbrella.
If anyone has seen him or knows where is he they should call the Met Police’s east area command unit on 1708 779 163, 101, or tweet @MetCC.
