That's the British spirit!
An author is inviting you to find out what it means to be British at the launch of her new book.
Julia Maria Gouldsboro is coming to Helen's Coffee on The Green, in Chingford, to promote her book 'Promoting British Values in the Early Years'.
She will be talking about how parents can encourage a healthy British outlook in their children and signing copies of her book between 2pm and 4pm this Friday (July 28).
