A 39-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man was found stabbed to death in a quiet residential street.
Emil Asparuhov Hristov of Sherrard Road, Manor Park was charged in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday August 22).
The charge relates to the death of a man in his late 20s at an address in Sherrard Road shortly before 3pm on Sunday August 20.
Enquiries are underway to trace the deceased's next of kin and formal identification awaits.
Hristov will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court later today.
