Police have asked the public to be on the lookout for a vulnerable pensioner thought to have travelled to Walthamstow.

Colin Critoph, 77, has been missing from his home in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, since the early hours of this morning (Monday, September 4).

Lincolnshire Police said Mr Critoph is in an "extremely fragile metal state" and also suffers from potentially severe physical health problems.

Detectives believe the pensioner has travelled to Walthamstow in his grey Citroen C5, registration OV06 BZD.

The Met is also assisting with the search.

  • Anyone who believes they have seen Mr Critoph or his car is asked to call 101, or 999 in an emergency situation quoting incident reference number 15 of September 4.
