A Victorian church converted into an award-winning home has gone on the rental market- but only those with an unholy amount of cash will be able to afford it.
The Grade II listed former United Reform Church, in Buxton Road, Chingford, will set any potential tenant back £898 a week, or £3,900 per month.
The church was bought by Brazilian interior designer, Gianna Camilotti, who transformed the space into a two-bedroom home, complete with en-suites and a dining area that can seat 12 people.
The home used to be Chingford's United Reform Church
The renovation has received gold awards in the A’Design Award and the London Design Awards, as well as being a finalist at the SPID International Design Awards.
The home is being marketed by agents Portico. For more information, click here or call: 020 8559 2110.
