An ale and cider festival will be held at The Red Lion pub in Leytonstone High Road this weekend.
Drinkers will have the chance to taste eight traditional ciders and a dozen fine ales.
The event is free to attend and will run from midday until late on Friday (September 22) to Sunday (September 24). Entry is free.
On Saturday the pub will host ‘legendary’ DJ Norman Jay in the ballroom for a night of funk, soul and house music.
Mr Jay who performed at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival will be supported by Oliver Sudden.
The gig will run from 8pm to 1am and tickets are £8.
To wrap up the weekend, a comedy night headlined by Adam Bloom will take place on Sunday from 7pm to 10pm. Tickets are £7.
