Police are becoming “increasingly concerned” for the welfare of a teenager who has been missing for almost two weeks.
Kelsey Phipps, 15, was last seen at 6.30pm on Wednesday, September 6 at her home in Waltham Forest.
She is described as white, 5ft 9inches tall, of slim build, with long blonde hair.
At the time of her disappearance Kelsey was wearing a black NYC baseball cap, with a light brown, green and red GUCCI belt, and a man bag believed to be black.
She is known to frequent the Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Ilford and Romford areas.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen Kelsey or has information on her whereabouts to contact them on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
