ENFORCEMENT officers issued nearly fifty penalty notices to fly-tipping offenders in the borough last month.
Forty-seven offenders in Redbridge were caught by a combination of residents, CCTV and enforcement officers scouring rubbish to find evidence of who dumped the rubbish.
Each fine could raise as much as £400 which is used wither to enforce more anti-fly-tipping measures or keep the borough tidy.
