Speakers will seek to educate attendees on how to confront and report hate crime
CAMPAIGNERS have joined forces for a project tackling hate crime.
Victim Support and Redbridge Equalities & Community Council have teamed up to organise an educative event on Monday, October 16, packed with films, stalls and speakers raising awareness about abuse directed at ethnic and sexual minorities.
Speakers include Councillor Bob Littlewood and David Landau of the Redbridge Equalities & Community Council.
This year’s National Hate Crime Awareness Week starts on Sunday, October 15, and will be launched at St Paul’s Cathedral.
