Police say they are growing increasingly worried for a missing pensioner who disappeared from his home on Saturday.
David Shelford, 79, was last seen at around 8am on Saturday (October 7) at his house in Chingford.
He often travels on buses, including the 158 which runs between Stratford and Chingford.
He is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins, with bald head and white hair on the sides.
He uses a walking stick and was last seen wearing a grey cap, glasses and a beige raincoat.
Police investigating his disappearance say Mr Shelford often becomes confused as to his whereabouts and struggles to see properly at night.
