Rose underwent surgery at Whipps Cross but deteriorated soon after
A WIDOWER died from a fractured neck after suffering a fall at her daughter’s home, a coroner has found.
Rose Ellen Trew, a retired machinist, was admitted to Whipps Cross Hospital after she suffered the unwitnessed accident on May 4, 2017.
The 95-year-old underwent an operation, after which she became frail and deteriorated.
She died on June 21 at her nursing home in Cambridge Park, Wanstead.
An accidental death verdict was given by the coroner.
