The man was knocked down in Hoe Street near the junction with Lea Bridge Road.
A man was rushed to hospital with leg injuries after being knocked down by a motorbike.
The pedestrian was hit on Hoe Street, Walthamstow near the junction with Lea Bridge Road shortly before 6pm on Saturday, October 21.
He was taken by ambulance to an east London hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
