Council officers are looking to identify this man caught fly-tipping
CCTV images have been released of a man caught red-handed fly-tipping on a high street.
The man was seen dumping waste in Leytonstone High Road, at the junction with Harrow Green, on November 3.
Waltham Forest Council officers later discovered packaging and cardboard boxes had been left behind.
The local authority has issued the photograph in the hope of identifying the individual responsible for the fly-tip.
Anyone with information on the man's identity is asked to report it confidentially at: walthamforest.gov.uk/content/fly-tipping.
