A WOMAN was left badly bruised after muggers ripped her bag away from her on the tube.
The victim was woken up at South Woodford station by two men removing her shoulder bag.
As the tube doors opened one man snatched the bag from the woman’s grip, ripping her skin.
The bag then dropped in between the train and the platform. A struggle ensued between the two men and victim.
During the struggle the two men snatched the bag again and ran out the station.
The incident took place at 3.50am on Tuesday, December 12.
Police would like to speak to two men pictured on CCTV who they believe could help the investigation.
