A CHILDREN’S hospice is combining business and charity at an all-female lunch.

Haven’s House Children’s Hospice's women in business lunch will coincide with International Women’s Day and is a chance for city women to network and support the charity.

Saira Khan, ITV presenter and runner-up in the first series of The Apprentice, will host the lunch on behalf of the Woodford Green hospice.

Nicola Horlick, chief executive of Money & Co, will deliver a keynote speech and take questions from guests.

Pushpinder Gill, director of income generation and marketing at Haven House said: “Nicola Horlick has been a leading fund manager in the City of London for over thirty years and we are delighted that she will be our keynote speaker.

“At Haven House we have strong female representation at every level of our charity, but we know from our supporters and families who work in the city that this is not always the case across the corporate sector.

“Our lunch is an opportunity to reaffirm the need for greater corporate equality and for guests to support life-limited children as part of International Women’s Day.”

The lunch takes place at the Royal Automobile Club in St James’s on Thursday, March 8.
