Police appeal to trace wanted man who failed to appear in court
Police in Waltham Forest have issued an appeal to trace a wanted man who failed to appear in court 15 months ago.
Toufik Arous did not turn up to court in October 2016 where he was due to be sentenced for handling stolen goods. The 46-year-old is also wanted on recall to prison.
Police say Arous is known to go by different aliases.
