PRIMARY children from Loughton performed as part of the biggest school choir in the world at the O2.
Forty pupils from Thomas Willingale School and Nursery joined 7,850 other singers on Tuesday night as part of the Young Voice concert.
Music teacher Rachel Bartels said: “We sang ‘I’m only human’ by Rag'n'Bone Man, ‘Africa’ by Toto and some classical music that had been made into songs.
“The children absolutely loved it.
“It is so important to sing and we are so lucky here at Wilingale to have a headteacher so supportive of music.
“It was brilliant to watch the children sing. They even did a dance off with the parents.”
