A KNIFE wielding man stole cash and cigarettes from a newsagent during an early morning raid.
At around 8.30am on February 18, a man walked into Martins in Pyrles Lane, Loughton, armed with a knife.
He threatened the shop owner and grabbed a three figure sum and cigarettes, before leaving with an accomplice who was standing by the entrance.
The suspect with the knife, who had a scarf covering his face, has been described as being white, of a medium build and around 5' 10" tall. He may have had a grey rucksack.
Anyone with information or CCTV and dashcam footage at around the time of the incident should contact Loughton CID on 101 quoting crime reference 42/23203/18.
