Do you remember Ray Lodge House?
It was partly demolished by council contractors after a ferocious fire nearly destroyed the park building in 2003.
Ray Lodge House was originally an 1840 farmhouse built on the site of the former Ray House mansion.
A stable range was installed at the rear of the house in the late 18th century and the building was converted to a sports facility in the early 20th century.
In 2010, it was reopened as a visitor centre and cafe in memory of former Bridge ward councillor James Leal, who died in 2006 aged just 30.
