A second teenager has been charged with the murder of a man who was fatally shot in Walthamstow.
The boy, 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged on Wednesday with the murder of Joseph Williams-Torres.
He will appear in custody at Stratford Youth Court on today. A 15-year-old boy who was charged with murder on Tuesday appeared in custody at Stratford Youth Court yesterday.
Mr Williams-Torres of Walthamstow was gunned down on March 14 while sitting in a stationary car in Essex Close near the junction with Pretoria Avenue.
He died on the way to hospital and a post-mortem gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
