A DEVELOPER behind plans to build a row of flats and shops off Epping High Street is aiming to increase the number of apartments in the scheme.
A. J. Poulton (Epping) Ltd has planning approval to redevelop 1-7A Station Road - a row of shops which has already been demolished. Now a planning application has been submitted to provide two additional apartments by splitting two of the already-approved flats, moving refuse and cycle stores and moving fire escape stairs.
The plans will be considered by the town council before a final decision is made by Epping Forest District Council.
