After reading the article on Page 3 of the Epping Forest Guardian about ‘No crime rise after lights turned off ‘ - what a load of twaddle.

When are Roger Hirst and others going to realise the reason the statistics show no crime rise is because they have shut police stations to the public? It is all well and good saying, ‘Oh you can report on phone or online,’ but some people much prefer to speak face to face to a copper when reporting a crime.

Open the front desk at stations again and more people would report crimes. Simples!
