RESIDENTS looking to make a political impact have less than two weeks to sign up for the Local Elections.
On May 3 voters will go to the polls to elect twenty two of Epping Forest District Council's 58 seats.
The deadline for candidate nominations is April 6.
Elections will take place in Buckhurst Hill East, Buckhurst Hill West, Chigwell Village, Chipping Ongar, Greensted and Marden Ash Epping Hemnall, Epping Lindsey and Thornwood Common,, Grange Hill, Loughton Alderton, Loughton Broadway (two councillors), Loughton Fairmead, Loughton Forest, Loughton Roding, Loughton St Johns, Loughton St Marys, Lower Nazeing Moreton and Fyfield, North Weald Bassett, Theydon Bois,, Waltham Abbey Honey Lane (two councillors) and Waltham Abbey Paternoster.
Nomination papers can be obtained from the Returning Officer at the Civic Offices on the High Street, Epping.
