This is the impressive moment rugby players LIFTED a coach after a wheel got stuck in the mud.

The coach had ended up on a patch of grass next to Chingford Rugby Club, but was unable to reverse out of the tough spot.

The wheel had sunk into the lawn and no amount of reversing would release it.

As traffic built up, the coach struggled to manoeuvre itself back to the road.

But when the men training at the ground, in Waltham Way, realised what was happening, they were determined to help.

That's when they hatched an incredible plan.

Using all their strength, the 12 burly players tried to push the huge vehicle, but at first, nothing happened.

Refusing to give up, they continued to push.

One man clutched onto the side of the truck, near the wheel, to try and lift it along.

Suddenly, it starts to move and ends up safely back in the road.

One thing's for sure - these boys definitely earned their pints that night.
