More than £100 was raised at an ice cream day for a charity helping children, teenagers and their parents and carers.
Empire Cinema in High Street, Walthamstow took part in the annual Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day on Tuesday, April 10 in aid of Care Free Kids in High Road, Leyton.
The charity provides youngsters with emotional support through a range of therapies including dance, drama and art.
Around 1,800 cones were handed out to ice cream lovers who donated their cash to the charity which was founded in 2004 to serve the Waltham Forest community.
