The residents of a care home took part in a bingo night for a hospice.
The living room of Poet Place Retirement Living development in Alderton Hill, Loughton was transformed into a bingo hall for St Clare Hospice.
After an evening of number calling, a raffle, movie and pop quiz provided entertainment.
In total £500 was raised.
Bethany Corder, fundraising administrator at St Clare Hospice said: “We are hugely grateful for every donation we receive, as every contribution helps to fund the cost of our services, which are free of charge to those who need it.
"We’d like to extend our thanks to McCarthy and Stone for hosting the bingo night to raise money for St Clare Hospice and making me feel so welcome.”
