People can still have their say on plans for an industrial estate even though feedback events have been and gone.

Housing associations are still consulting on proposed changes to the Webbs Industrial Estate in Walthamstow.

The proposed site once housed a lampshade and bulb factory but companies Catalyst and Swan have plans to revamp the site, renaming it Blackhorse Yard.

If plans are approved, the new development will include 363 affordable homes for shared ownership, 3,390 square metres of flexible workspace, retail space and studios, employment and training opportunities, a public landscaped space and private outdoor space for all homes.
