Here's a bit of nostalgia to enjoy with your Sunday morning coffee.
Would you recognise these buildings from days gone by?
This week, we've got a shot of the High Road in Leytonstone, with Bearman's Arcade on the right.
It looks pretty similar - apart from the fact that the horse and cart has been replaced by plush new modern cars.
It's unlikely anyone will remember how the Woodford Green Post Office looked in 1905.
It was on a bustling high street - and looks pretty similar.
