With Harry-mania gripping the nation ahead of tomorrow’ England World Cup quarter-final against Sweden, Betfred boss Fred Done is sweating on the skipper leading the charge to glory in Moscow on July 15.

If the Spurs striker, who already has six goals in Russia, top scores and takes the golden boot, it will cost Betfred at least £500,000.

The Betfred store in Hall Lane, Chingford, the town where Kane was raised, has been turned into a World Cup mecca.

“It used to cost me £2 million a year at least with Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero scoring first and all those penalties, but now it’s all about ‘Arry,” said Mr Done.

“There is more money on that fella’s shoulders than anyone else in the tournament by far.

“He’s already emptied my pockets to the time of half a million this tournament online, in the first goal scorer, and double delight hat-trick heaven markets, not to mention the score casts.

“Never mind though, I’m a patriotic Englishman and I do believe we have a more than half decent chance to bring football home.”

Mr Done was speaking after the store offered 100 local football fans, many of whom know the Kane family and are Spurs supporters, £1 free bets on a variety of Kane specials for the Sweden game.
