A free summer club for children with dyslexia and dyspraxia will run throughout this week.

Children making the transition from primary school to secondary school are invited to take part in the five-day course which includes activities to help them cope with the change.

Run by Waltham Forest Dyslexia Association, Year 6 pupils will enjoy art, cooking, dancing, sports and woodwork.

Leaders will give youngsters tips on numeracy, literacy, how to find their way around their new school, make new friends and address bullying.

It will take place at Forest School in Snaresbrook from Monday to Friday, July 23 to 27, from 10am to 3pm.
