The groundskeepers who keep the Roding Valley Recreation Ground clean have been honoured with an award.
Loughton Town Mayor, Stephen Murray, accompanied by chairman of the Recreation Committee Councillor David Wixley presented the grounds maintenance team at Epping Forest District with a certificate of appreciation.
Cllr Murray thanked them for their work, which enabled Loughton Town Council to receive several awards in the Essex Playing Fields annual competitions.
