I sympathise with Mrs Farenga who you report to be uncertain about her future. I am uncertain about mine, all the more so because the Government appears to believe it can avoid a proper Brexit.
If Britain leaves the EU fully and cleanly in March next year Mrs Farenga should find her position much more clear.
Throughout the referendum campaign we Brexiteers made clear that EU citizens already here should be able to stay. Like many I do not think that general commitment should apply to criminals but that should not affect your correspondent, I hope.
As for Mr Khan, he was elected to run London but perhaps his focus on the interests of Europeans other than Londoners explains the failure of his police and housing policies. He needs to get back to the day job.
