A 43-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with careless driving after a single-decker National Express coach left the northbound M11 near the Harlow junction and crashed down an embankment.
No passengers were injured in the accident which happened shortly before 6.30am on September 21.
An Essex Police spokesman said the man, from Barking, east London, was due to appear before Harlow magistrates on Thursday, November 15.
